Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-150. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO JANNELL MOTORS INC (2000 WASHINGTON ST, HANOVER, MA 02339) FOR AN OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY WERE UNABLE TO ROTATE THE TIRES BECAUSE THEY COULD NOT REMOVE THE LUG NUTS WITHOUT BEING DAMAGED. THE DEALER STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS A MANUFACTURER ISSUE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND PROVIDED A CASE NUMBER. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 60,000.
