UNABLE TO FILL GAS TANK. VAPOR-CONTAINMENT VALVE ENGAGES DURING REFUELLING, CAUSING FUEL TO SPILL TO GROUND AND UNABLE TO FILL MORE THAT ONE-HALF GALLON OF FUEL.
