Consumer Description
DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT DOES NOT RETRACT. STAYS LOOSE OVER CHEST. THERE WAS A RECALL OVER THIS BUT FOR SOME REASON MY FJ WASN'T IN THE RECALL.
