SAFETY RECALL 20AE SUBMITTED REPAIR RECEIPT TO GET THE REIMBURSEMENT IN JUNE, 2018 BUT I DIDN'T GET IT YET. I CALLED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE ON NOV 5, 2018 AND THEY SAID THEY RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT REQUEST FORM AND WILL REACH TO ME WITHIN 14 DAYS. BUT, THEY DIDN'T.
