TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 HONDA ACCORD. THE CONTACT STATED THAT EVERY WEEK, ONE QUART OF OIL NEEDED TO BE ADDED TO THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT MENTIONED THAT THE VEHICLE CONSUMED AN ABNORMAL AMOUNT OF OIL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 38,000.
