Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 INFINITI Q60. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AIR BAG WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED WHILE DRIVING, WHICH WAS A SAFETY CONCERN. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NALLEY INFINITI MARIETTA (LOCATED AT 2020 COBB PKWY SE, MARIETTA, GA 30060, (404) 994-4328) AND THE AIR BAG COMPUTER WAS RESET, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE DEALER WHERE THE SPIRAL CABLE ASSEMBLY WAS REPLACED, BUT THE FAILURE RECURRED A THIRD TIME. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 33417833. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 2,450. *DT SEE ALSO VOQ 11151805 *BES *JB
