Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD F-350. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH AND MAKING A LEFT TURN, THE VEHICLE SHOOK AND THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE CONTACT DIAGNOSED THE VEHICLE AND STATED THAT IT NEEDED A REDUCTANT HEATER CONTROL. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER TO BE DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE DID NOT MEET THE CRITERIA FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 56,000.
