REPLACE ELECTRIC STEERING RACK HP5Z* 3504*C HAD TO REPLACE ELECTRIC STEERING RACK. QUESTION IS WITH TWO RECALLS SOMEWHAT RELATED TO THE STEERING COLUMN ( BOLT IN STEERING WHEEL AND A POWER TRAIN ISSUE) WOULD THIS ULTIMATELY AFFECT THE ELECTRIC STEERING RACK HP5Z*3504*C? CAR IS ONLY 4 YEARS OLD AND IN GREAT CONDITION. BESIDES THE RECALLS NO REPAIRS AT ALL. ELECTRIC RACK JUST STOPPED WORKING, I PARKED THE CAR GOT READY TO GO TO WORK AND COULD NOT TURN STEERING WHEEL. LINCOLN MKZ 2014.
