TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2005 CHEVROLET MALIBU. THE CONTACT NOTICED OIL LEAKING UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO RESPOND WITHOUT WARNING WHEN THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL WAS DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 106,500.
