THE DEALER (FRANK FLETCHER FORD, 3015 TURKEY CREEK RD, JOPLIN, MO 64801, 417-317-5299) STATED THAT THE PART WAS NOT AVAILABLE. MORE THAN THREE WEEKS AGO, THE DEALER STATED THAT THEY NEEDED TO ORDER THE PART. THE CONTACT WAS NOT INFORMED OF A LOANER VEHICLE OPTION OR IF THE PART HAD ARRIVED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE CONTACT HAD NOT EXPERIENCED A FAILURE. PARTS DISTRIBUTION DISCONNECT.
