TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 JEEP LIBERTY. WHILE OPERATING THE VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL SHOOK AND RATTLED. THE FAILURE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER AND LOCAL DEALER WERE NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 130,000. THE VIN WAS INVALID.
