TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED AT A STOP SIGN, THE DRIVESHAFT MADE AN ABNORMAL NOISE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE TRANSFER CASE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE DEALER AND MANUFACTURER WERE NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 203,000.
