Consumer Description

I GOT A RECALL LETTER MULTIPLE TIMES. EVERYTIME I TRY TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT WITH MY LOCAL DEALER THEY SAID THEY DONT HAVE THE PART AVAILABLE. IT HAS BEEN MORE THAN 2 YEARS SINCE I OWNED MY VEHICLE AND THREE DEALERS SAID THEY WILL CALL ME BACK WHEN THEY HAVE THE PART AVAILABLE. I EVEN TRIED CALLING A DEALER FROM A DIFFERENT STATE BECAUSE I MOVED. NO SUCCESS. RECALL CODE R26
