Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD ESCAPE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THERE WAS AN INTERNAL LEAK WITHIN THE COOLANT SYSTEM WHICH WAS GOING INTO THE AREA OF THE ENGINE ASSEMBLY. THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN TAKEN TO SEVERAL DEALERS WHO HAD BEEN UNABLE TO PROVIDE A PERMANENT REMEDY AND MORE RECENTLY CROSSROADS FORD LINCOLN OF SOUTHERN PINES (1590 US-1, SOUTHERN PINES, NC 28387, 1-(910) 692-8765) WAS NOTIFIED TO DETERMINE IF THEY MAY BE ABLE TO CHECK WITH THE MANUFACTURER TO DETERMINE A SOLUTION TO PREVENT THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED YET. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS NOT AVAILABLE. *TT*JB
