TIRE BLEW OUT ON THE FREEWAY WITHOUT WARNING. IT WAS A GENERAL ALTIMAX RT43 SIZE 195/65 15.WITH ABOUT 9300 MILES ON IT. TIRE HAS SEVERAL BLOWN OUT SECTION IN THE SIDEWALL.
