Consumer Description
CONTINUOUS EXCESSIVE ROAD NOISE THROUGHOUT CABIN STARTING AT ~10 MPH UNTIL ~20 MPH. LOW FREQUENCY "WOO WOO" SOUND. MUCH MORE PRONOUNCED AFTER DRIVING A FEW MILES. NOT LOCATED TO ANY WHEEL, BRAKE SYSTEM, AXLE, OR DIFFERENTIAL. VERY LOUD AND ANNOYING ESPECIALLY IN SLOW TRAFFIC. SAFETY ISSUE? ALSO EXCESSIVE ROAD NOISE STARTING AT ~60 MPH. HIGHER FREQUENCY RESONANT HUMMING SOUND. OEM 19" PIRELLI TIRES ON 19" GT PREMIUM RIMS. NO CUPPING OR EXCESSIVE TIRE WEAR. ONLY ~24000 MILES. GETTING WORSE AS TIME GOES ON. HAPPENS WITH & WITHOUT TRACTION CONTROL. 5.0L V8. 6 SPD MANUAL. NOISY WITH & WITHOUT CLUTCH DEPRESSED. SAFETY ISSUE? WHEEL BEARINGS? AXLE BEARINGS? DIFFERENTIAL DEFECT?
