Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE KEY FOB FAILED TO UNLOCK THE DOORS. THE CONTACT CALLED FORD OF CLERMONT AT (352) 394-6161 (LOCATED AT 1101 EAST HIGHWAY 50, CLERMONT, FL 34711) AND WAS INFORMED TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE CONTACT TOOK THE VEHICLE TO FORD OF CLERMONT ON THREE OCCASIONS TO HAVE THE KEY FOB REPROGRAMMED, BUT THE FAILURE CONTINUED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: CAS8682632-M9N1L6. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 28,858.
