Consumer Description

BLOWER MOTOR RECALL AND PCV VALVE RECALL. HELLO, I GOT A RECALL NOTIFICATION IN THE E-MAIL FOR THE PCV VALVE AND THE BLOWER MOTOR. I HAD ALREADY TAKEN MY CAR INTO BMW PREVIOUSLY TO HAVE MY VEHICLE WORKED ON BY BMW AND CARMAX FOR PROBLEMS ON THESE PARTS AND RELATING PARTS BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I WAS WONDERING IF YOU COULD PLEASE TAKE A DEEPER DIVE INTO MY ISSUE. BMW HAS SAID THEY WILL ONLY REIMBURSE ABOUT $250 WHEN I PAID MUCH MORE THAN THAT BEFORE FOR THE PARTS DIRECTLY AFFECTED AND INDIRECTLY AFFECTED BY FAULTY PARTS. I LOOK FORWARD TO HEARING BACK FROM YOU AND APPRECIATE ALL THE HELP.
