Consumer Description

2016 DODGE JOURNEY. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARD TO PROBLEMS WITH VEHICLE THAT CAUSES THE BATTERY TO MALFUNCTION QUICKLY. *AS THE CONSUMER STATED THE BATTERY IN THE VEHICLE FAILED FOUR TIMES AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WOULD SHUT DOWN WITHOUT WARNING WHEN THE BATTERY FAILED. THE CONSUMER WAS INFORMED THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO THE VEHICLE ONLY BEING DRIVEN 4000 MILES A YEAR. THE ELECTRONICS ON THE VEHICLE REQUIRE IT TO BE DRIVEN MORE OFTEN OR, INSTALL A BATTERY TRICKLER. *JS
