Consumer Description
WHILE GOING AT A LOW SPEED SLOWED DOWN TO MAKE RIGHT TURN IN A BUSINESS DRIVEWAY AND MY STEERING LOCKED UP COULD NOT TURN STEERING WHEEL. I TURNED IGNITION CAR STARTS, BUT STILL UNABLE TO TURN.
