Consumer Description

AT 106,000 MILES, OUR 2013 JX 35 WAS DIAGNOSED WITH TRANSMISSION FAILURE BY THE DEALER AND A PRIVATE CAR REPAIR SHOP. FOUND THAT THERE IS A SERVICE CAMPAIGN DATED 4/18 ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE FOR 2013 JX35 VEHICLES. OURS MEETS ALL REQUIREMENTS EXCEPT FOR VIN. WE BELIEVE OUR VIN IS ONE OF THE AFFECTED VEHICLES.
