Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO START AFTER IT WAS FUELED. THE CONTACT HAD TO MAKE SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO START THE VEHICLE. ALSO, THE CHECK ENGINE INDICATOR ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO ECHELON FORD (4 S WHITE HORSE PIKE, STRATFORD, NJ 8084, (888) 439-2609) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE VALVE IN THE FUELING SYSTEM NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 93,448.
