TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 CHEVROLET IMPALA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE POWER STEERING "DRIVE WITH CARE" WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE STEERING WHEEL SEIZED. THERE WERE RECALLS FOR THE 2012 AND 2014 MODEL VEHICLES, BUT NOT FOR THE 2015 IMPALA. THE DEALER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,000.
