TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 FORD FOCUS. WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, THE DRIVER SIDE SEAT BELT UNINTENTIONALLY UNLATCHED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO A DEALER OR INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING OR REPAIRS. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 193,000.
