Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 CADILLAC CTS. WHILE APPROACHING A STOP SIGN, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE PEDAL TRAVELED ALL THE WAY TO THE FLOOR WITHOUT STOPPING THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD TO APPLY THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE SAME FAILURE OCCURRED IN SEPTEMBER OF 2018 AND JUNE OF 2015. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO BAKER CADILLAC (495 MAIN ST, LEOMINSTER, MA 01453), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 127,034. *TT CONSUMER STATED INCIDENT HAPPENED 3 TIMES BETWEEN 2015-2018. UPDATED 11/29/18*JB
