Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE LEATHER ON THE DASHBOARD WAS STARTING TO BUBBLE. THE ADHESIVE WAS NOT HOLDING THE MATERIAL PROPERLY. THERE WERE NO CRACKS IN THE DASHBOARD AND THERE WERE NO AIR BAG INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE SEPARATION OF THE LEATHER ON THE DASHBOARD CREATED A GLARE ON THE WINDSHIELD, WHICH OBSTRUCTED THE CONTACT'S VISION WHILE DRIVING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SCHLOSSMANN DODGE CITY CHRYSLER JEEP RAM FIAT (19100 W CAPITOL DR, BROOKFIELD, WI 53045, (262) 790-9000) WHO STATED THAT THEY DID NOT SEE A RECALL AND ADVISED HIM TO CALL THE MANUFACTURER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED AND RESTATED THAT THERE WAS NO RECALL FOR THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 90,000.
