TLA* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FIESTA. THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO CLOSE THE FRONT DRIVER'S DOOR, BUT IT WOULD NOT CLOSE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT TAKEN TO THE DEALER OR AN INDEPENDENT MECHANIC FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND ISSUED CASE NUMBER: CASE-[XXX]. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED.
