Consumer Description

THE 2014 MAZDA 3 HAS A NOTICE BULLETIN REGARDING A KNOWN ISSUE ON THE RADIO AND CONNECT SYSTEM FAILING. MAZDA WILL NOT REPLACE OR FIX THIS ISSUE WITHOUT TELLING CUSTOMERS TO PAY $1010 FOR A NEW HARDWARE UNIT WHICH SOME HAVE REPORTED NOT FIXING THE ISSUE. MAZDA NEEDS TO RECALL THIS PART AS IT AFFECTS THE ENTIRE COMPUTER OF THE CAR BY NOT ALLOWING THE DRIVER TO CONTROL THE RADIO, MAINTENANCE, HANDS FREE COMMUNICATION, NAVIGATION, AND CAR SETTINGS. SHAME ON MAZDA
