TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. THE CONTACT RECEIVED NOTIFICATION OF NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN); HOWEVER, THE PART TO DO THE REPAIR WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE MANUFACTURER EXCEEDED A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. CROWN FORD (555 CYPRESS AVENUE, REDDING, CALIFORNIA 96001, (530) 241-4321) WAS MADE AWARE OF THE RECALL AND STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE VEHICLE WAS INOPERABLE AND WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 111,000. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
