Consumer Description

THE VEHICLE IS A 2013 WITH LESS THAN 48K MILES ON IT. THE PROBLEM STARTED WITH ROLLING BACKWARDS WHEN STARTING FROM A STOP ON A HILL AND WITH A HESITATION THEN A SLIGHT JERK WHEN STARTING FROM A STOP. THAT HAPPENED OFF AND ON ONE DAY THEN CLEARED UP FOR ABOUT A MONTH. WHEN IT STARTED AGAIN IT WOULD ALSO HAVE SLUGGISH ACCELERATION LIKE IT HAD A SHIFTED INTO A GEAR THAT WAS TOO HIGH, OR WOULD WIND UP LIKE IT HAD SHIFTED INTO NEUTRAL. AGAIN, IT WAS INTERMITTENT LIKE IT WAS A LOOSE WIRE OR BAD CIRCUIT. THEN IT STARTED INTERMITTENTLY MAKING A KIND OF A GRINDING NOISE AND SHORTLY AFTER THERE WAS A LOUD NOISE AND THE TRANSMISSION WAS TOAST.
