CAR ACCELERATED UNASSISTED AND THE BRAKES DID NOT STOP IT . MOUNTED A CONCRETE DIVIDER AND SLAMMED INTO ANOTHER CAR. VEHICLE WAS GOING ABOUT 5MPH PULLING OUT OF PARKING SPACE AND TURNING ONTO EXIT DRIVEWAY.
