Consumer Description

NAV SYSTEM WILL NOT TAKE ME TO MY HOME ADDRESS - MY DEVELOPMENT WAS STARTED IN 2003. MY STREET IN NOT AVAILABLE AND THE NAV SYSTEM DISABLES ME FROM TYPING THE STREET NAME. JUST MOVED TO A NEW STATE AND NEED TO BE ABLE TO PUT IN 'TAKE ME HOME'. I HAVE CONTACTED THE DEALER (WILDE LEXUS, SARASOTA, FL) 3 TIMES - THEY CLAIMED TO HAVE ORDERED A NEW DISK BUT I FEEL I AM GETTING A RUN-AROUND SINCE THE DISK DOES NOT SHOW UP - HAVE BEEN DRIVING THE CAR FOR A LITTLE OVER ONE YEAR - I HATE IT.
