TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 NISSAN MURANO. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE REAR FRAME WAS ROTTED AND FRACTURED. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO NISSAN KIA OF MIDDLETOWN (4961 NY-17M, NEW HAMPTON, NY 10958, (845) 374-6555) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS ADVISED TO SCHEDULE A DIAGNOSTIC APPOINTMENT. THE DEALER WAS UNABLE TO OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 158,000.
