Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 DODGE JOURNEY. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED IN THE DRIVEWAY, AN OIL SPOT WAS NOTICED UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT AND NOTICED OIL IN THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO RANCO CHRYSLER JEEP DODGE (8010 BALBOA AVE, SAN DIEGO, CA 92111, (858) 560-7100) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE COULD BE AN INTERNAL FAILURE WITH THE TRANSMISSION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 65,000.
