Consumer Description
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2015 FORD FUSION. WHEN ATTEMPTING TO SHIFT THE GEAR SHIFTER INTO REVERSE, THE INSTRUMENT PANEL DISPLAYED PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO HARROLD FORD (1535 HOWE AVE, SACRAMENTO, CA 95825, (877) 514-2833) WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE FAILURE WAS DUE TO NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 18V471000 (POWER TRAIN). THE DEALER STATED THAT THE PARTS WERE NOT AVAILABLE FOR THE RECALL REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 55,666. VIN TOOL CONFIRMS PARTS NOT AVAILABLE.
