PASSENGER SIDE HEADREST SPLIT.OPEN BUT WAS NEVER IN AN ACCIDENT. CAR WAS IN MOTION AT THE TIME BUT NO ONE WAS IN PASSENGER SEAT. CAN NOT GET HEADREST TO PUSH BACK CLOSED.
