TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 RAM 1500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TAILGATE WOULD INDEPENDENTLY OPEN. DON DAVIS DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP (1901 N COLLINS ST, ARLINGTON, TX) WAS CONTACTED, BUT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED BECAUSE THE CONTACT REFUSED TO PAY THE DIAGNOSTIC FEE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 46,000.
