TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 BMW X5. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE BRAKES FAILED TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER (BMW OF WARWICK, 1515 BALD HILL RD, WARWICK, RI 02886, (401) 515-4894), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED DUE TO THE CONTACT BEING RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT OF THE SAME INFORMATION AS THE DEALER. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.
