Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET IMPALA. WHILE DRIVING 40 MPH, THE VEHICLE LOST POWER AND ALL THE WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. IN ADDITION, THE VEHICLE SPEED DECREASED TO APPROXIMATELY 15 MPH AND THEN REGAINED SPEED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO LOU BACHRODT CHEVROLET BUICK GMC (7070 CHERRYVALE N BLVD, ROCKFORD, IL, 815-332-3200) FOR DIAGNOSTIC TESTING, BUT THE FAILURES COULD NOT BE DUPLICATED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 42,000.
