TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2016 FORD F-150. WHILE DRIVING 80 MPH, THE CHECK ENGINE WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THERE WERE ABNORMAL ROARING AND KNOCKING SOUNDS COMING FROM THE ENGINE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO HIGHWAY FORD (18982 JOHNNIE B HALL MEMORIAL HWY, DERIDDER, LA 70634, (337) 462-5497) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THERE WAS A LOOSE ELECTRICAL CONNECTOR IN THE ENGINE COMPARTMENT THAT WAS NOT SEATED CORRECTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 56,000. *TT
