TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 1500. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE DEFROSTER FAILED TO OPERATE CORRECTLY. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THOMPSON CHEVROLET (3960 N UBLY RD, UBLY, MI) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE AIR CONDITIONER CONDENSER WAS FAULTY AND NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 111,274.
