Consumer Description

VEHICLE STARTS ENGINE. HOWEVER ALL EMERGENCY AND WARNINGS LIGHTS GO ON. BRAKES AND STEERING LOCK. CAR WILL NOT SHUT OFF UNTIL BATTERY IS UNPLUGED. THIS HAPPENS REPEATEDLY AND RANDOMLY.
