Consumer Description

I TURNED MY COROLLA WITH LESS THAN 30,000 MILES ON IT, AND THE RADIO DOES NOT TURN ON OR WORK. IT SHOWS A PICTURE OF A MACHINE OF SOME SORT, AND LOOKS LIKE IT IS REBOOTING, BUT ONCE THE "LOADING BAR" GETS TO THE END, THE SCREEN TURNS BLACK AND STARTS THE REBOOT PROCESS OVER AGAIN. THIS HAPPENS CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT EVER COMPLETEING A REBOOT. THE NAVIGATION, RADIO, BLUE TOOTH, CD PLAYER, OR ANYTHING THAT IS DONE THROUGH THE RADIO SCREEN IS NOT FUNCTIONAL.
