Consumer Description

2014 BUICK ENCLAVE. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO MALFUNCTIONING DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDE SEAT BELTS. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHERE THE SEAT BELTS DID NOT PROPERLY RESTRAIN THE OCCUPANTS. THE DRIVER RECEIVED 2 BLACK EYES AS A RESULT OF STRIKING THE LEFT SIDE WINDSHIELD POST WITH FOREHEAD. THE PASSENGER ALSO SUFFERED INJURIES. *JS *JS
