TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2011 FORD FIESTA. WHILE MAKING TURNS AT LOW SPEEDS, THE VEHICLE EXPERIENCED HESITATION AND INDEPENDENT SHIFTING. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO KOVATCH FORD (423 W CATAWISSA ST, NESQUEHONING, PA), BUT WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONTACT OF A 'SILENT RECALL' FOR THE TRANSMISSION. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND DID NOT ASSIST. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 59,582. *TT
