Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 BMW 750LI. THE CONTACT SHIFTED THE VEHICLE INTO REVERSE, BUT IT SHIFTED INTO PARK INSTEAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO SEWELL CADILLAC OF GRAPEVINE (1001 E STATE HWY 114, GRAPEVINE, TX 76051) WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE DRIVER SEAT MODE WAS ENGAGED, WHICH CAUSED THE VEHICLE TO SHIFT INTO PARK. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 112,000.
