AS I WAS DRIVING DOWN THE ROAD A CITY STREET. I WAS STOPPED AT A RED LIGHT, THE LIGHT TURNED GREEN AND THE AIRBAG EXPLODED. IN THE STEERING COLUMN...MY RIGHT FOREARM WAS BURNT AND MY RIGHT EAR HAS SOME DAMAGE AS FAR AS HEARING.... I HAVE CONTACTED DODGE ON 5/31/18, 6/1/18, 6/4/18, 6/5/18, 6/6/18 AND FINALLY ON 6/8/18 SOMEONE CONTACTED ME BACK. I HAD MY 5 YEAR OLD SON IN THE CAR WITH ME....WE COULD HAVE BEEN HURT IF WE HADN'T JUST TURNED FROM THE RED LIGHT.... I FEEL THAT DODGE IS NOT TAKING THIS MATTER SERIOUSLY.
