Consumer Description
WE RECEIVED AN IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL REGARDING A POSSIBLE CRACK IN THE FUEL DELIVERY MODULE IN JANUARY 2018 NOTICE 16S41/NHTSA RECALL 16V-777. OUR APPT WITH FORD DEALER IN CEDAR RAPIDS WAS POSTPONED BECAUSE THEY ARE UNABLE TO GET PARTS. OUR APPT WITH FORD DEALER IN MT. VERNON IS ON HOLD UNTIL THESE PARTS BECOME AVAILABLE. WHAT'S THE HOLD UP AND WHEN CAN WE EXPECT SERVICE?
