Consumer Description

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2017 CHRYSLER PACIFICA. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS IDLING AT A RED LIGHT, THE ENGINE SUDDENLY STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS ABLE TO RESTART. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE FAILURE RECURRED WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 10 MPH AND MERGING INTO THE RIGHT LANE. AFTER RESTARTING THE ENGINE, THE VEHICLE OPERATED NORMALLY FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE FAILURE RECURRED. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO DALLAS CHRYSLER IN DALLAS, GA, BUT THE CAUSE OF THE FAILURE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED WHEN FAILED MAY 18,2018 OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 8,000. *TT CONSUMER STATED BETWEEN 18,000 AND 19,000 FOR 2ND AND 3RD FAILURE. UPDATED 10/15/18*JB
