TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 FORD FUSION. IN 90 DEGREE TEMPERATURE OR HIGHER, THE "FAILURE TO COMMUNICATE WITH CLIMATE CONTROL" WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED AND THE WINDOWS WERE INOPERABLE. THE DEALER (MT. ORAB FORD, 1-937-444-2551) WAS CALLED AND STATED THAT THEY NEVER HEARD OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER ADVISED THE CONTACT TO FILE A COMPLAINT WITH NHTSA. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS APPROXIMATELY 51,550. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.
